       YBI Countries Project list (established and developmental)

Ø Myanmar- YBI has leased over 1300 acres of certified land partnering with 300 farmer families living in 3 villages in Northern Myanmar for growing
       organic ginger, Chili, Tulsi and other herbal products . YBI Myanmar projects include a high quality product testing facility, controlled air drying
       industrial chambers for drying over 20% of fresh organic material, a trained staff that meets western buyers' logistical administrative demand and
       communication expectations. YBI employs and supports 100’s local farmers and employees.
       Products :- Chilli , Ginger, Turmeric, Tulsi & Dried Flowers.

Ø Vietnam- YBI has 500 acres of joint venture project dedicated to European buyers, supplying Cassia, Black Pepper and low cost Organic Black Tea.
       This project was certified in 2004. YBI employs 10 paid administrative staff, which manages over 100 farmers and other export logistics.
       Products :- Black pepper, Cinnamon, Anise, Cassia.

Ø Egypt,North Africa:- Import is done to European markets under the control and management of YogiBotanicals. Agriculture inspectors to deliver
       products to buyers satisfaction. Products are Basil, Chamomile, Calendula, Celery, Coriander, Fennel, Fenugreek, Hibiscus, Lemon grass, Licorice,
       Parsley, Peppermint, Spearmint, Thyme etc.
       Products :- Celery seed, Coriander, Fennel, Fenugreek, Basil, Parsley, Lemongrass, Licorice, Peppermint, Spearmint, Thyme, Calendula-
       flower/petals, Chamomile- flower/petals, Hibiscus.

Ø Ghana (West Africa) - Although YBI had a slow start in 2004, today projects in Ghana yield over 100 tons of dry organic products, expecting to
       exceed over 300 tons by the end of 2009. YBI is currently developing and exporting organic Cinnamon, Ginger, Hibiscus,and Lemon Grass from
       Ghana and its neighboring countries.
       Products:- Chilli powder / flake, Ginger, Lemongrass, Coconut Oil, Orange peel/ Lemon peel.

Ø China- YBI works with number of small scale suppliers who are managed by experienced YBI staff . The China project is smallest in volume due to
       its low organic quality evaluation by high value YBI Client partners.

Ø Guatemala- YBI is the leading exporter of organic all grade Cardamom amd Cardamom Oil to Europe. YBI is currently joining marketing
       coordination partnership with leading US organic distributors, targeting a substantial market share within a 3-year time frame. YBI JV already has 10%
       of US market share in select organic products and sub products. YBI boasts a well-trained professional sales and marketing staff that are committed
       to a green consumer philosophy for business development and market education.

Ø Ecuador- This is the most exciting of all projects - YBI has started involving hundreds of indigenous Amazon Indians who have been living in the
       jungles of Ecuador Amazon for centuries. Their priceless knowledge of the forest flora and fauna will be fundamental for the marketing and product
       development advantage to YBI's client partners. YBI has trained and specialized staff in the field of Agriculture, horticulture, and floriculture. All
       specialists are collecting data for 3 EU Tea makers and US who are financing YBI operations for exclusive advantage of developing organic consumer
       products. YBI and its client partners are working together with a vision of introducing a category of "new discovery" organic herbs and spices for
       consumer marketing.

Ø Brazil- YBI is exporting organic Mate Tea Leaf to European buyers for high quality teas and infusion formulas. This project is contracted and
       financed by our client partners and exclusively supports their market development plans for the next 5 years. YBI has brilliant staff with various
       degrees of specialization to enhance its advantage in western markets.

Ø Peru- is our latest development project. Ranbir Singh Bhai has been invited to meet the Govt. Executives of Peru for organic product market
       development and export consultation for US and EU markets. The Government of Peru is supporting indigenous communities, that is living in
       distances and unreachable by the current transportation systems . YBI will be consulting with key ministries for developing procurement logistics to
       implement central organic raw material collection centers, processing facilities, and packing facilities, thus meeting YBI buyer standards and export &
       marketing logistics. The project will be spotted by the Govt. for next 3-year period, after which YBI will be awarded by all the required financial
       requirements and expansions for this project.

Ø India (Yogi Botanicals Pvt. Ltd.):- We are intergrated certified organic suppliers for Organic Honey, Spices, herbs, Dried Flowers and CO2
       Extracts to our western partner companies.
