It is our privilege to introduce Yogi Botanicals International. The company has recently set up a ‘state of the art’ Oil Extraction facility close to New Delhi, India. We have a large capacity to process and extract up-to 10 metric tons of agro mass per day.
The Technology for Extraction by MULTIPLE GASES
Extraction of natural raw materials with a new generation of Multiple Gas solvents effectively addresses questions associated with elevated temperature and undesirable residues.

Temperatures employed are low (0-30*C max.).  The revolutionary new Multiple Gas  solvent used, leaves residues of typically less than 20 ppb (parts per billion) which is less than one-thousand that of conventional chemical solvents.  Besides, this substance is certified as completely safe.  It is already employed as a propellant in inhalants for asthma patients.

The quality of the extracts is exceptionally good due to non-extraction of the gums, protienaceous materials etc. which reduces the content of the active matter. The pressures employed are nominal at 15-20 bars and so are the temperatures so that the delicate constituents are not subjected to any changes arising out thermal shock etc.

By adjusting the temp and pressure and time we process fractional extractions.

The process technology is adept for high end extracts used in Flavoring Ingredients, Nutraceautical, Pharmaceutical and other such applications where purity benchmarks are essential.

This extraction process can substitute Super-Critical / Co2 extraction by larger volumes with better performances and quality.
